SDMC hits property tax target

Collection of real estate tax in South Delhi struck a record high in 2015-16, with the municipality attaining its target for the very first time ever. The South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) had actually set Rs.650 crores as the target for property tax collection, and on Thursday it announced that the goal had actually been attained. The amount is expected to go up as the SDMC is still processing payments in the last couple of days of the financial year.

Pierson Retail Advisors brokered the sale with Manuel Ramon of Green Earth Realty. Meierhofer Electric purchased 4.47 acres from Texas Sterling at 3595 Roy Orr Blvd. in Grand Prairie. Blake Anderson and David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale.

Investor FTMLDM-Leo Lane LLC bought a 22,785-square-foot commercial building at 11232 Leo Lane in Dallas. Adam Curran of Mercer Co. brokered the sale with Bob Spletter of NAI Robert Lynn.
